Curt Schilling’s going under the knife for the Boston Red Sox
Curt Schilling is going to have surgery on his right shoulder on Monday and it will cost him the rest of the season and might end his major league career. Schilling has’t pitched for the Red Sox this year and he likely won’t ever get the chance to again. Schilling has pitched in 119 games (98 starts) in his four year career with the Red Sox and he is 53-29 with 9 saves, a 3.95 ERA and a 1.21 WHIP. Schilling will probably be a Hall of Famer as he has really won some big games in his career. He has pitched in 569 games (436 starts) in his major league career and he is 216-146 with 22 saves, a 3.46 ERA and a 1.14 WHIP.
